Almir Badnjević for BHRT1: The citizens of BiH will be able to use electronic signature as of February 1
Almir Badnjević, Director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of BiH (IDDEEA), was a guest on Radio Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHRT) where he presented important information about the new initiatives of the Agency. One of the most important pieces of information is the release of the electronic signature platform, for the first time since 2008. Badnjević points out that this digital transformation is essential for the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that it will enable various electronic services for legal entities using electronic signatures and certificates. IDDEEA BiH is internationally certified for this type of service.
“I am using this opportunity to inform the citizens that on February 1 we will exclusively release the electronic signing, providing the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina with this option after six months of preparation,” said Badnjević. He added that IDDEEA will continue to provide equal treatment to all citizens and institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, regardless of entities, cantons and municipalities.
In addition to the electronic signature, the interview covered topics such as the Agency’s new building, the budget and other issues related to the work of IDDEEA in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Badnjević also emphasized the options of introducing modern technologies and services in order to improve the experience of citizens and contribute to the digital transformation of the country.
