The e-Identity service, recently implemented by IDDEEA BiH, allows users to access personal records and digitally sign documents. Mr. Almir Badnjević, Director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Mrs. Svjetlana Perković, Assistant Director of the Administration for Indirect Taxation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, were guests on Radio Television of the Republika Srpska (RTRS).
“What we expect from the majority of legal entities, particularly those in the banking industry, is to begin creating new services that will allow citizens to use digital signatures instead of physically visiting offices and submitting requests,” said Badnjević.
