Director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Almir Badnjević attended the two-day e-Governance Academy “Unlocking Digital Success” in Tartu, Estonia.
This is the tenth e-Government Academy in Estonia, and 67 delegates from around the world are in attendance. The e-Government Academy offers a forum for international dialogue on creating prosperous, transparent, and open digital societies that enhance the quality of life for citizens, bolster economies, and offer effective, transparent, and democratic public administration. The e-Government Academy included discussions and presentations that gave attendees insight into the primary forces behind a successful digital transformation.
Mr. Badnjević had the chance to share experiences and best practices with specialists from other nations during the e-Government Academy. The topics of discussion included digital transformation implementation tactics, the contribution of technology to enhancing public services, and the potential and problems associated with digitalization. Goals like affordable and clean energy (SDG 7), quality education (SDG 4), and industry, innovation, and infrastructure (SDG 9) can all be greatly supported by digital technologies.
The commitment of Bosnia and Herzegovina to enhancing its digital capabilities and putting the finest international public administration principles into practice is reaffirmed by the attendance of the director of IDDEEA BiH at this e-Government Academy.
