The Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dubravka Bošnjak held a meeting with the Director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange (IDDEEA) Almir Badnjević. The plans and future activities of IDDEEA were discussed at the meeting, with an emphasis on digitization, improvement of services, service to citizens, so as strengthening of cooperation.
Since IDDEEA plays a key role in securing and managing identification documents and registers, Minister Bošnjak expressed her support for the work of the Agency and its efforts for improvement of the quality of services.
One of the key topics of discussion was the digitization of the process of issuing identification documents. IDDEEA plans to improve its digital services in order to provide easier access to services for everyone.
The importance of cooperation between the Ministry of Civil Affairs and IDDEEA were discussed, ensuring coordinated and efficient service delivery. Minister Bošnjak expressed readiness of the Ministry to provide support in all aspects of work of IDDEEA.
The meeting between Minister Bošnjak and Director Badnjević ended with the statement of a joint commitment to improve the work of IDDEEA in order to provide better service to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
