Here, you may access the Open Data Portal, which offers a comprehensive array of information and resources accessible to all citizens. This includes details pertaining to the operations of the Agency, statistical data sourced from registries, and information regarding identification documents.

Registers

The Agency is in charge of technical maintenance and electronic archiving of the data and information kept in the registers, but it is not the owner of the data stored in the registers.

Access to
information

Through transparency and publicizing its actions, the Agency is required by international treaties on human rights and freedoms as well as generally accepted principles of international law to enable and guarantee the exercising of the right to free access to information for natural and legal persons.

Data
exchange

The Rulebook on access to registers and data exchange regulates access to data from the registers that the IDDEEA maintains on behalf of the source authorities.

Telecommunication network

In compliance with the Telecommunications Law, the Agency is in charge of creating, maintaining, and enhancing the telecommunications network for data transmission for the needs of the Agency and other public security organisations.

eIDAS

A legal foundation for digital signatures and electronic identity is provided by EU Regulation No. 910/2014, also known as eIDAS. The Agency was registered on April 15, 2022, under serial number 3, in the register of certifiers in compliance with this regulation.
