Director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA BiH), Almir Badnjević, together with his colleagues, visited the Ministry of Digital Transformation of the Republic of Slovenia, where they were hosted by the State Secretary Aida Kamišalić Latifić and her team. Dragan Vukajlović, Admir Nušinović and Petar Bilčar also attended the meeting on behalf of the IDDEEA BiH team.
The significance of the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Slovenia, in the creation and adoption of digital wallets and electronic signatures for the citiyens of Bosnia and Herzegovina was underlined during the discussion. It was considered how to support IDDEEA BiH in these crucial areas in practical ways, with an emphasis on technology-based solutions that would enhance administrative procedures and benefit the general population.
Director Badnjević emphasised that: “An open discussion on potential collaboration in the area of digital transformation emerged from the meeting, and that is crucial for the further progress of IDDEEA BiH and for the better services we provide to our citizens.”
Potential improvements, exchange of experiences, and deepening of cooperation between IDDEEA BiH and Slovenia’s Ministry of Digital Transformation were discussed. Both groups emphasised the value of collaboration in developing technological advancements that benefit society as a whole.
IDDEEA BiH remains committed to working on enhancing its technology-based solutions in order to provide citizens and institutions with more efficient services.
