Following a significant forest fire on Crno Brdo that seriously damaged the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (IDDEEA BiH) telecommunications infrastructure, we would like to notify the general public and citizens that the Agency has successfully established the complete functionality of the system at locations for issuing personal documents in the municipalities of Čapljina and Ljubuški. Also, the functioning of all other systems that are connected to or use the IDDEEA infrastructure in these municipalities has been normalised.
Although the fire completely destroyed the telecommunications equipment, IDDEEA moved quickly to construct a temporary system by taking all essential measures. Now we can inform citizens that the system is fully functional and all services at the locations for issuing documents in Čapljina and Ljubuški run with no interruption.
