IDDEEA BiH organised a meeting with technical faculties in BiH on the involvement of the academic community in the projects of IDDEEA BiH
In the headquarters of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA), a meeting was held with the deans of technical faculties in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The meeting was organised to include the academic community in the work on IDDEEA BiH projects, with a particular emphasis on technical faculties.
This initial meeting served to introduce everyone to the Agency’s activities and to talk about how students might be involved in various programs run by the Agency. It was agreed that final-year students from the mentioned faculties might use the infrastructure of the Agency to join initiatives with the assistance of their mentors.
This provides students with an exceptional chance to work on actual projects and get invaluable experience in the process. The deans conveyed their appreciation for the chance to collaborate with the Agency and for giving their students hands-on experience with the initiatives that it is undertaking. It is anticipated that substantial breakthroughs and advancements in domains of shared interest will result from this collaboration.
The deans were also briefed by Director Badnjević on the benefits of the “Digital Europe Programme”, with a focus on the opportunities for applying to various projects pertaining to cyber security and digital transformation.
He emphasised that the Agency will encourage everyone to apply together for the various projects in this programme. All the participants wished for the success of the upcoming joint projects and welcomed the initial effort for cooperation.
