As part of the Twinning project “Improving e-services delivery to the citizens of BiH through THE strengthening of the Agency’s capacity,” in cooperation with the Italian Consortium for Information Systems CSI Piemonte and the Finnish Institute for Public Management HAUS, the “Training of the Trainers” (ToT) was completed successfully. The training was attended by 15 employees of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA), aiming to train them to conduct internal training within the Agency. The sessions were intense and dynamic, led by outstanding trainers from Finland and Italy, who, through a positive and energetic approach, encouraged active and constructive interactions with the participants.
The Twinning project, which is implemented with the support of the European Union, focuses on strengthening institutional capacities and improving the services provided by IDDEEA. This training is part of a broader strategy of modernisation and establishment of high-quality standards in the work of the Agency.
The employees who have completed the training are now able to transfer the acquired knowledge and skills to their colleagues, which will further improve internal communication and work processes in IDDEEA.
IDDEEA continues with its activities aimed at improving services and ensuring better availability of digital solutions for citizens and legal entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
