A meeting was held in the premises of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA), where the project proposal for the implementation of a set of ISO standards, prepared by members of the Aid for Trade project team, was presented. After the GAP analysis and the submission of the project plan document, team members presented to the representatives of IDDEEA the results and project plan for the implementation of ISO 14001, 45001, 37001, 27701, and 14298 standards through 8 phases, 14 groups, and 33 subgroups of activities.
Special attention during the discussion after the presentation was focused on the penetration test that was recently conducted, which showed a high level of security and readiness of the Agency for future challenges in the field of digital transformation.
It was concluded that this project will contribute to significant progress in IDDEEA’s operations, improvement of the working environment, and most importantly, greater satisfaction of the end users – the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. IDDEEA remains dedicated to continuous improvement of its services and digital transformation for the benefit of all its users.
