For the first time, all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina have the opportunity to download the e-IDDEEA mobile application for free; it is currently accessible on the Apple Store, Google Play, and other platforms.
Through the application, citizens can instantly activate and use a variety of services after activating their free qualified electronic signature at one of the RA offices. The qualified electronic signature, access to personal data, tracking the issuing status of personal documents, viewing fines for persons and legal entities, and verifying registered vehicles are some of the primary features of the e-IDDEEA application.
Dubravka Bošnjak, the Minister of Civil Affairs, was one of the first to download the app and encouraged everyone to follow the example, highlighting the value of digitisation in enhancing services and the standard of living for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. A working meeting was held during which Director Badnjević informed the minister about the ongoing operations of the Agency, with a particular emphasis on the creation and deployment of this mobile application.
“This step represents significant progress in the digitisation of services and will provide citizens with faster, more secure, and easier access to all services,” said Minister Bošnjak, highlighting the importance of digital transformation in improving public administration.
