A meeting was held at the City Administration of Bihać between Mayor Elvedin Sedić and Mr. Almir Badnjević, Director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA).
The ongoing collaboration between IDDEEA and the City of Bihać on digitising business operations to enhance city administration work, implement public calls more effectively, and support residents was the subject of discussion.
Director Badnjević complimented the City of Bihać for taking the effort to digitise several processes, which paves the way for future advancements in the digitisation of citizen services.
“The Agency and the City of Bihać have already set up electronic communication, ensuring that citizens no longer need to physically carry specific documents. Through upcoming initiatives, I hope the City of Bihać will keep helping citizens fulfil their administrative responsibilities,” Almir Badnjević stated.
During the discussion, it was decided that efforts to digitise some processes that use electronic signatures will continue in the near future.
In addition to expressing gratitude for the continued collaboration, Mayor Sedić indicated interest in projects that would enhance the City of Bihać and facilitate citizen administrative processes.
