On August 21, 2023, the director of the Agency for identification documents, registers and data exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Almir Badnjević met with the chief prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Milanko Kajganić in the premises of the Agency.

At the meeting, the participants discussed about improvement of so far cooperation concerning the exchange of electronic data of interest to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, in particular services the agency provides, and that may be of great help in daily activities of the prosecutor’s Office. Moreover, it ia greed that the employees of the Prosecutor’s Office may exchange experiences with the employees of IDDEEA due to improvement of the overall system of acquisition of biometric data in the process of issuance of personal documents in order to prevent misuse, and additionally protect current system of issuing personal documents to citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the forthcoming period, the focus will be on enhancement of mutual cooperation through signing of Memorandum on interinstitutional cooperation.
