On August 15, 2023 in the premises of the Agency, the Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Nevenko Vranješ, met with the Director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Almir Badnjević. Director Badnjević presented the work of the Agency, and informed the Ombudsman with the activities related to e-Registration. Both parties expressed their pleasure with the current level of collaboration, and concrete measures for its enhancement were suggested. As the Ombudsmen, Mr. Nevenko Vranješ, stated, the Institution of Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina is making efforts to carry out all operations in order to make it easier for citizens to access services. The Ombudsman specifically emphasized that he is concerned by the fact that there are still many recommendations for which there is no reaction from the responsible authority. He also emphasized that any natural or legal entity can access the Institution of Ombudsman without paying any fees. The emphasis in the upcoming time will be on intensifying the growth and strengthening of cooperation, which will enhance the performance of both institutions.
