They discussed the implementation of electronic data exchange, which will greatly improve experience in administrative processes of the citizens of Tuzla by cutting down on waiting times.
The initiative for the implementation of electronic services resulted from the announcement by the Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Forto, about the abolition of the requirement for a printed Certificate of Permanent Residence. Presenting a range of IDDEEA BiH e-services, Director Badnjević emphasised their capacity to provide fast, secure, and effective data exchange between institutions.
