The Minister of Veteran Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton, Omer Osmanović, and the Minister of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton, Admir Katica, visited the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Banja Luka

Minister of Veteran Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, Omer Osmanović and the Minister of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton, Admir Katica, together visited the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA BiH) in Banja Luka. This visit was a significant step towards enhancing cooperation among relevant organizations and authorities in order to improve the quality of services offered to the citizens of Sarajevo Canton.
On that occasion, ministers Osmanović and Katica met with the Director of the Agency, Almir Badnjević, to discuss previous collaboration and future projects. The discussion was held in an atmosphere of mutual respect and dedication to enhance the quality of services provided by the Agency to the citizens of Sarajevo Canton.
Minister Osmanović pointed out: “This visit to the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina represents another step forward in strengthening the cooperation between our Canton and the Agency. Thus far, the cooperation has shown to be highly effective, and the announced projects, such as launching of electronic data exchange and the development of digital services for citizens, will undoubtedly improve their experience.”
Minister Katica added: “This cooperation has an extremely important impact on the improvement of our services and the efficiency of the work of our institutions. We all work for the benefit of citizens, and such collaboration allows us to provide faster, easier and safer services.”
Director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Almir Badnjević expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation so far and enthusiasm in the development of future projects: “This visit is an additional step in the direction of modernizing and enhancing the services we offer to the public. We are excited about joint projects that will facilitate the electronic exchange of data and the growth of citizen-focused digital services.”
All participants expressed optimism regarding future cooperation and agreed that joint projects will greatly enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Sarajevo Canton and facilitate access to various services.
