Representatives of IDDEEA BiH and the Prosecutor’s Office of ZDK discussed e-services and electronic data exchange

The representatives of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA BiH) and the Prosecutor’s Office of Zenica-Doboj Canton (ZDK) met to discuss the implementation of e-services and electronic data exchange.

The meeting took place in the premises of the Prosecutor’s Office of ZDK in Zenica, and was attended by the chief prosecutor of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, Vesna Kaknjo and the director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Almir Badnjević and their associates. The aim of the meeting was to improve the cooperation between IDDEEA BiH and the ZDK Prosecutor’s Office in order to enable more efficient data exchange through e- services.

IDDEEA BiH demonstrated its current e-services, which have already been deployed in a number of other institutions around Bosnia and Herzegovina. These e-services allow for the fast, safe, and efficient interchange of data across institutions, decreasing administrative burden and enhancing work productivity.

The ZDK Prosecutor’s Office has indicated an interest in using these e-services to improve its work procedures and ease data exchange with other institutions. This project aims to reduce the time required to handle cases while also improving the transparency and efficiency of the prosecution work.

The meeting also addressed potential future collaboration in the field of electronic data exchange between IDDEEA BiH and the ZDK Prosecutor’s Office. This collaboration is likely to result in more effective prosecution work and enhanced access to justice for citizens of Zenica-Doboj Canton.

This meeting is an essential step towards the modernization of the judicial system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The deployment of e-services and electronic data exchange will enable faster and more efficient case management, and help to improve justice and increase citizens’ faith in the legal system.
