The City of Zvornik and IDDEEA BiH signed an Agreement on Expediting Business Processes

The city of Zvornik is another city in our country that signed the Agreement on permanent access to data with the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Agreement on permanent access to the data of the receiving authority through the web service enables easier and faster access to data for more efficient management of administrative processes. The Agency wholeheartedly supports this as an additional step towards the modernisation and enhancement of services for the citizens of the city of Zvornik.

With this agreement, Zvornik has permanent access to data from the Register of Permanent and Temporary Residence, which is kept and technically maintained by the IDDEEA BiH under its purview, and subject to the applicable laws. In this way, the Agency assists in achieving one of the 14 EU priorities set for Bosnia and Herzegovina in terms of improving the institutional framework, and goal 1 of the EU Digital Strategy refers to the improvement of the digital infrastructure by supporting the safe exchange of information between different levels of government. Furthermore, those activities also contribute to the fulfillment of several UN Sustainable Development Goals, namely SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth), which refers to the improvement of the business environment through more efficient administrative procedures, and SDG 16 (peace, justice, and strong institutions), which promotes the progress of access to public services and the strengthening of institutions.
